I don’t wanna say it’s hard, but it is becoming more unusual for people to exceed your expectations. This was the simplest and fairest and most expedited purchase I’ve made in a long time and they are more than reasonable priced compared to two other competitors that I shopped against. You don’t buy fireplace stuff all the time, but if I did, I wouldn’t have to worry of who I went to. Finally I’m a hero in my wife’s eyes, lol!

It arrived days before it was scheduled. My contractors have not installed yet but it looks clean and undamaged so far. We have not taken out of box yet so I'll see soon.

Shipped out quickly and delivery was smooth. We just finished installing this and it’s made such a difference to our outdoor area. This unit gives off a good heat while looking amazing at night.

These logs exceeded expectations. One log was broken in shipping but customer service was great and they replaced next day with no questions asked! Highly recommend.
