Excellent customer service from The Great Fire Company! What could have been a problem was handled the right way, they resolved the issue quickly and professionally. I’m very happy with my new Peterson fireplace: fast ignition, stylish design, and warm. A big improvement over the brand I had before.
Is this an above average cost fireplace? Absolutely it is.
Is this an above average cost fireplace? Absolutely it is and for that you get the best electric fireplace out there that compares to no other. When you want an actual real looking and sounding fire you will want this. The cheap imports are just that..LED’s reflecting against a reflector.
Spoke to Matt several times about fit ,functional quality ,shipping and inventory. I compared pricing and quality to internet and local merchants. After two weeks of research I went with realfyre gas log set which was more than competitive pricing. It came in three business days have not installed yet but looks like a great product. So far it has been a good experience, no pressure and easy ordering. Thanks guys.
So far, so good. The set I purchased are the Peterson Real Fyre Charred Frontier Oak Ventless Gas and they look great and work very well. It hasn't been too cold yet, but can't for the first cold front. 30" is the best size for our fireplace on our patio.
I absolutely LOVE this Gorgeous fireplace!!! It’s stunning to look at, and looks just like a real wood burning fireplace! It definitely took some time and talent to put it together, but once it’s completed, it’sfabulous!

These look very nice in our converted fireplace. Our gas company took care of the set up, pressure test and technical bits. We received customer support before we ordered the log set so we would be certain of dimensions. Logs and burner fit perfectly. Set looks spectacular. The gentleman that installed the logs stated he didn't have a lot of personal experience with this brand but knows they have a good reputation. After he installed the set and lit the logs, he mentioned they were really nice based on what he had experience with. As they begin burning for the first time they may set off smoke detectors as they burn of small particles. The installer stated that was normal and suggested lighting logs for a few hours with doors or windows open before lighting them to enjoy heat. Everything looked very nice and was as described. We appreciate the customer support we received and thereliable shipping and tracking of our purchase.
We have it installed and just waiting to get it hooked up. Service has been amazing. Shipping was well secured and quick. Customer service is impeccable!! We’ve needed help along the way to install and they have been so helpful!
