Me and my husband did our research before buying and we're thrilled with our decision. The LCD Electric fireplace really looks great. Thanks Matt for the support and answering all our questions!
AWESOME fireplace. We weren't sure about ordering this online, but our neighbor recommended The Great Fire Company. We got the best price and it arrived very fast. We couldn't ask for more.
Absolutely love this fireplace. Support was so helpful with our venting requirements and they were able to connect with our contractor to make it a smooth process. Really great help!
This is a gorgeous fireplace. We just had it installed and couldn't say anything bad about it. It really makes our living room 10x better. This company was also very helpful in our decision.
WE were very pleased with the fireplace and the customer loved it. Customer service was very nice to work with.
This is a great addition to my ~200 year old log cabin. Shipping was fast and the appliance works great. The quality of the logs are the best I’ve seen.
So far so good. Very easy to install. It is simi-real looking or as good as it gets at this price point. The app. seems very helpful with a lot of functions. The realism of the flame seem's to be pretty good. The unit and App. has a lot of control to suit your taste. I enjoy having a heater on this unit. We use it all the time. We are satisfied with this unit.
The firebox is exceptional !!! My fireplace is completed and it works beautifully and is gorgeous !!
Super easy to order, great price also. Fast delivery and nothing broken in shipping.
We replaced an older gas logs set with the Real Fyre G18 and have been very pleased with the upgrade, the remote, electronic ignition, adjustable flame, timer are a nice feature. The logs are beautiful and the embers are a nice realistic touch. We had one concern called the manufacture (RH Peterson) they did a video call with us and resolved our concern in one call. We highly recommend the RH Peterson Real Fyre gas logs if you're in the market.
Easy company to work with, very helpful... Matt was extremely nice and helpful.
