We replaced an older gas logs set with the Real Fyre G18 and have been very pleased with the upgrade, the remote, electronic ignition, adjustable flame, timer are a nice feature. The logs are beautiful and the embers are a nice realistic touch. We had one concern called the manufacture (RH Peterson) they did a video call with us and resolved our concern in one call. We highly recommend the RH Peterson Real Fyre gas logs if you're in the market.

I am building an outdoor living space for my new pool and locked in immediately on the 36" Arizona Grand Canyon logs after visiting local stores, due primarily to their authentic appearance and quality construction. The bad part was the high expense I ran up against, both in local fireplace stores and on the web.

I was a bit shocked when I ran across The Great Fire Company recently. I did not believe the pricing so actually called them directly. They confirmed the authenticity of the Grand Canyon logset I was looking to purchase, the full contents of what was included, pricing, free delivery and return policy. - very upfront on the details.

By comparison to local suppliers and the most popular of the online fireplace suppliers, the price was too good to be true. Hence, my call to the company directly. I then placed to order on February 11. The shipment was delivered on the 17th. Note, this a very large order freight shipped by RL Carriers.

Confirmation order and and trackable shipping details were sent immediately upon order. I inspected the order upon receipt including to operating manuals, condition, etc. All were in perfect condition and the delivery driver was very helpful.

I was unaware of The Great Fire Company previously, but today, I highly recommend for your fireplace purchases. Excellent, attentive customer service.
